🎯 Group Clients Into Something You Can Work

Run a book of business without letting a renewal slip. These prompts build what an agent or broker actually needs: every policy with its renewal date, commission you can check, claims tracked from notification to settlement, and a client portal that answers the routine questions. The renewal date does the work, because it is a reminder that repeats every year on its own.

I treat every client the same and I know that is wrong. Build me a book segmentation app. Segment clients using criteria I set as editable rules, such as total premium, number of policies, claims history, tenure, growth in their own business and referral activity, producing groups like key accounts, growth accounts, steady accounts and transactional accounts. For each segment let me define the service level it should receive, such as how often a review happens, how far ahead renewals begin and who owns the relationship. Show me the book by segment with the premium and commission each represents. Most importantly, flag clients who have moved between segments since the last review, in either direction. Add an AI agent that reviews the book and tells me which clients are receiving less attention than their segment says they should, and which small accounts show signs of growing into larger ones. Automate a scheduled quarterly re-segmentation and an alert when a key account shows any at-risk signal. Two logins: an agent who sees their own clients by segment, and an owner who sees the whole book.

Group Clients Into Something You Can Work

Segment the book by value, potential, and behaviour, set a service level per segment, and flag clients who moved.

// the spark catches · intelligence awakens · the answer unfolds

Every agency treats its book as one list and then serves everyone equally badly. This groups clients so the service model matches what each group is actually worth.

What's Included

  • Segments by value and potential not just by current premium.
  • A service level per segment which you define deliberately.
  • Clients who moved segment flagged, because that is the signal.
  • An assistant that names who is under-served.

How To Use

  1. Segment on potential as well as current premium.
  2. Define the service each segment gets, then actually deliver it.
  3. Watch movement between segments. That is where the news is.
  4. Review segments annually. Businesses grow and shrink.

Apply it in the renewal engine, and check the result in retention analysis.
