📬 Handle Requests From People About Their Data

We get requests from people about their data and AI tools make them much harder to answer. Build me a request log. Record each request with the person, how it arrived, the date received, the type such as access, correction, deletion or objection, the statutory deadline calculated from receipt, and the owner. Maintain a checklist per request of every system that must be searched, generated from our tool inventory and data protection records so AI tools, prompt libraries and execution logs are included rather than forgotten. Record what was searched, what was found and what action was taken, and attach the response sent. Show time remaining on each open request. Add an AI agent that, given a request, lists the systems likely to hold that person's data based on our own records and the categories involved, and drafts the response in plain language. Make clear it supports the process and does not give legal advice. Automate three things: deadline reminders at set intervals, an escalation as a deadline approaches, and a scheduled monthly report on volume and response times. Three logins: an intake user, a privacy owner, and a read only auditor.
