Built for distributed teams. A completed Todoist task emails the team with a short summary of what was finished.
How do you set it up?
- Open the "Automations" tab in your workspace.
- Click ➕ Add automation, then start from scratch.
- Add the trigger "Task Completed" from Todoist.
- Add the action "Ask AI" from Taskade AI.
- Add the action "Send Email" from Taskade.
- Connect your Todoist account when prompted, then enable the toggle in the top-right corner.
