Wedding Seating Chart Planner

Wedding Seating Chart Planner is a wedding seating chart planner where you drag guests onto tables and keep feuding guests apart. It replaces the spreadsheet and the sticky notes on a hand-drawn table map. Add tables and guests with their party, group, needs and keep-apart rules, then drag guests onto a room map or seat everyone by a score. It flags rule problems and counts meals per table. Built for an event coordinator. Clone it free and start with sample data.

Clone it to your Taskade workspace in one click, then customize projects, agents, and automations to match your workflow.

This app ships with 5 projects & knowledge bases, 2 AI agents, and 4 automations & workflows — ready to run or customize after you clone.
