A Simpler Publish Menu

The Publish menu of your Taskade Genesis app now reads as one clean list. Each row has an icon, a title, one short line, and its control. See Publish Your App for every option.

• A draft app shows its address, App Visibility, Require sign-in, and Require password, with Invite and Publish at the bottom
• The bar that appears after a build now publishes your app in one tap, and Invite opens the invite dialog
• Taskade EVE can now suggest who can use your app on a card in the chat, and you apply it with one click
• Visitors can now attach a photo or file to a form that is open to everyone, even in an app that needs sign-in
• The Advanced page links to the matching app settings

Client Apps on Your Domain

Your agency can now give each client app its own address under a domain that you bought in Taskade.

• In Domains, pick Use a subdomain of your domain and type the client name
• The new address goes live with no extra domain setup
• When you turn off the Taskade badge, your app users see your app name and logo on the sign-in pages, in the sign-in code email, and on the domain setup page

Taskade EVE and Your Agents

Taskade EVE can now build and edit your apps on your own AI key. Pick a model under Your keys in the Taskade EVE model menu. See Bring Your Own AI Keys (BYOK) for the keys and plans that work.

• The Taskade EVE chat is calmer: a run of steps folds into one row, and files show plain names such as "Home page"
• The model menu shows TSK-Auto and your Current model in plain words
• Ask a custom agent for a daily job, such as "send me a summary every day at 9". It sets up an automation that emails you the reply
• Your agents can read your Google Calendar events and your free and busy times
• The Google Sheets steps now list the spreadsheets in your shared drives

Projects, Calendar, and Search

Check off a task right from the workspace Calendar. A recurring task moves to its next date, the same as in the project. See Taskade Calendar for more.

• Set a reminder At end, or 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 1 day before the end of a task with an end time
• Viewers can now use Fold all and Unfold all in a project they can only view
• Export as Mind Map is now in the Export menu of List, Board, Mind Map, Calendar, and the project header
• Search with Cmd+K finds every agent, every workspace, and the automations of your apps, with the best match first
• Import a scanned PDF, and Taskade reads its text into a new project

• The week and day views of the Calendar open at 8 AM, and the Gantt chart labels its today line
• A Relationship field shows the name of the linked project
• Your thumbs up or thumbs down on an agent reply stays after a reload
• The Figma full screen button works in a project
• Every Featured automation template opens
• The preview of a community kit no longer changes the original app
