🏢 Handle Carrier Relationships and Targets

Run a book of business without letting a renewal slip. These prompts build what an agent or broker actually needs: every policy with its renewal date, commission you can check, claims tracked from notification to settlement, and a client portal that answers the routine questions. The renewal date does the work, because it is a reminder that repeats every year on its own.

Handle Carrier Relationships and Targets

I place business across several carriers and I have no view of the relationships. Build me a carrier management app. For each carrier record the contact, the classes they write, their stated appetite in my own words including what they have repeatedly declined, their typical quote turnaround, their commission rates for new business and renewal, and any volume agreement with its target and period. Report premium placed per carrier by month and by class, the trend against the same period last year, and progress against any volume target with the shortfall clearly stated. Show concentration, so I can see if too much of my book sits with one carrier. Add an AI agent that, given a new risk, suggests which carriers are worth approaching based on their recorded appetite and my history of placing similar business, and warns me where I am approaching or falling behind a volume agreement. Automate two things: a scheduled monthly placement report per carrier, and an alert when a volume agreement is at risk with enough time left to act. Two logins: an agent who records placements and appetite notes, and an owner who negotiates agreements.

Handle Carrier Relationships and Targets

Track premium placed per carrier, record appetite, monitor volume agreements, and match new risks to the right market.

// the spark catches · intelligence awakens · the answer unfolds

Carriers are suppliers with appetites and targets. This tracks what you place with each, what they actually want, and where you stand on any agreement.

What's Included

  • Premium placed per carrier and how it is trending.
  • Appetite recorded so you stop quoting where you will be declined.
  • Volume agreements tracked against where you actually are.
  • An assistant that suggests the right carrier for a risk.

How To Use

  1. Record appetite in your own words after each decline. It saves hours.
  2. Track volume agreements continuously, not at the end of the year.
  3. Watch concentration. Too much with one carrier is its own risk.
  4. Note quote turnaround. It affects whether you win the business.

Feed it from the policy register, and use it in quote comparison.
