What does this Google Sheets automation do?
A new row above your threshold is scored, then emailed to the right person straight away.
What can you do with it?
- Get the big one in front of a human in minutes
- Skip the queue for rows that clear a threshold
- Keep the reasoning in the email so the reply is informed
The Steps
This automation runs in 4 steps:
- When Google Sheets — New Row
- Then Filter — continue only when the row clears your escalation threshold
- Then Taskade AI — Ask Agent ("Escalation Desk")
- Then Taskade — Send Email
What makes this different from a Zapier-style flow?
The "Escalation Desk" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent that knows your value thresholds and who owns each one, remembers what it escalated and what came of it, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.
A stateless "ask the model" step forgets everything the moment it returns. An agent keeps its knowledge and its memory between runs, carries its own tools, and can be handed work by your other automations.
