🤝 Give Trade Customers Their Own Prices

Run the shop from one place, including the second and third one. These prompts build the working parts of a retail business: stock that is right across every location, purchase orders that arrive before you run out, gift cards and loyalty, staff rotas, and the numbers you should see every morning.

Give Trade Customers Their Own Prices

My trade customers each have their own prices, which live in my head. Build me a trade account app. Keep account customers with their contact details, payment terms, credit limit and current balance. Hold agreed pricing per account, either as a discount percentage off retail by category or as specific agreed prices on named products, and apply it automatically when a sale is put on that account so anyone at the counter charges the right amount. Before accepting a sale on account, check the current balance against the credit limit and warn if it would exceed it. Produce monthly statements per account showing invoices, payments and the balance. Add an AI agent that reviews accounts and tells me which are over their limit, which have slowed down compared with their own history, and which discounts are no longer justified by the volume being bought. Automate two things: scheduled monthly statements to each account, and an alert when an account passes its credit limit or its payment terms. Two logins: counter staff who can see agreed prices and the credit warning, and an owner who sets limits and discounts.

Give Trade Customers Their Own Prices

Hold account customers with agreed pricing, credit limits, and statements, applied consistently at the counter.

// the spark catches · intelligence awakens · the answer unfolds

Trade pricing kept in someone head is applied inconsistently and forgotten when they are off. This holds each account terms and applies them at the counter.

What's Included

  • Agreed pricing per account applied automatically at the till.
  • Credit limit and balance checked before another sale goes on account.
  • Statements produced rather than assembled by hand.
  • An assistant that flags accounts over limit or slowing down.

How To Use

  1. Hold pricing per account so it is applied the same by everyone.
  2. Check the credit limit at the point of sale, not at month end.
  3. Send statements on a schedule so payment becomes routine.
  4. Review discounted accounts annually. Some are no longer earned.

Bill it through invoicing prompts, and keep the relationship in CRM prompts.
