Compare Your Locations Honestly

My biggest shop always looks like my best shop and I doubt that is true. Build me a location comparison app. Hold each location with its floor area, trading hours, opening date and staffing. Bring in sales, transactions and wage cost per location per period. Compare locations on sales per square metre, sales per trading hour, transactions per hour, average basket, and wage cost as a percentage of sales, rather than on total takings. Show like-for-like growth against the same period last year and exclude locations that were not open then from the group figure. Add an AI agent that reviews the comparison and tells me plainly which location is genuinely outperforming once size and hours are accounted for, which is underperforming, and what the most likely cause is from the data available. Automate a scheduled monthly comparison report to me and to each manager showing their own location against the group average. Two logins: a location manager who sees their own figures and the group average, and an owner who sees every location.

Compare Your Locations Honestly

Compare locations on sales per square metre and per hour, like-for-like growth, and wage percentage rather than raw takings.

// the spark catches · intelligence awakens · the answer unfolds

A big shop always looks best on takings. This compares on measures that account for size and hours, so real performance becomes visible.

What's Included

  • Sales per square metre and per hour not just total takings.
  • Like-for-like against last year which strips out openings.
  • Wage cost as a percentage of what each location takes.
  • An assistant that says which location is genuinely outperforming.

How To Use

  1. Normalise by size and hours or the biggest shop always wins.
  2. Use like-for-like comparisons when locations opened at different times.
  3. Include wage percentage. Takings without it hides a lot.
  4. Share the comparison with managers. It works better than instruction.
