Claude in Taskade

Claude models in Taskade favor finish quality. They produce the most polished result of any family we build with, and they handle follow-up changes especially well.

How to pick within Claude

  • Opus 5 when the result is the deliverable. It sets the visual bar and holds a complete workspace in view.
  • Sonnet 5 for most real work. It is the balance point of the family, and it revises its own output well.
  • Haiku 4.5 for volume. Use it where the request is small and you want the answer immediately.

The known trade-off across this family is long requests. A very long instruction can lose a detail near the end, so split a large build into steps rather than sending one wall of text.

Set it on a step

Open the model menu on an agent, a chat, or an automation step, then choose from Custom Engine in the builder or All Models elsewhere. The choice applies only to that surface.

If you do not want to pin a model, a rung sets a speed-to-depth trade-off and follows the catalog forward as models change.

How Claude performs

We build the same apps on every family and publish what happened. See the Claude build results for the round-by-round record.
