What does this Google Sheets automation do?
Free-text responses in a sheet are grouped into themes and written up as a project.
What can you do with it?
- Find the pattern in open-text answers without reading all of them
- Keep the quotes attached to the theme
- Turn findings into tasks in the same place
The Steps
This automation runs in 4 steps:
- When Schedule — Every Week
- Then Google Sheets — Find Row(s)
- Then Taskade AI — Ask Agent ("Voice of Customer")
- Then Taskade — Create Project
What makes this different from a Zapier-style flow?
The "Voice of Customer" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent that knows your product areas and the themes you already track, remembers the themes it named in earlier rounds, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.
A stateless "ask the model" step forgets everything the moment it returns. An agent keeps its knowledge and its memory between runs, carries its own tools, and can be handed work by your other automations.
