Changelog

v3Oct 23, 2026Calmer look and a smoother chat. The page now opens one chat per visit instead of two. The empty chat shows four suggested questions you can tap. Replies show lists and bold text. Clear messages when the chat is offline or a message does not send. Removed the Available 24/7 claim and the looping glow effects. Better fit on phones.
v2Oct 23, 2026The chat no longer floods the server when it cannot connect. It tries again after 1, 4 and 10 seconds, then shows a short message with a Retry button.
v1Oct 23, 2026On phones, the Knowledge Base button and the Send button now fit on screen. Both keep their icon, and the chat works as before.
