What is a recruiting app?

Build a complete recruiting app — candidate pipeline, interview tracker, and automated follow-ups — in one prompt with Taskade Genesis. No spreadsheets, no duct-taped tools, no engineering required. A recruiting app is a living workspace that tracks every candidate from first contact to offer letter. It holds job openings, candidate profiles, interview notes, and hiring decisions in one place — and it acts on that data automatically, so your team spends time on people, not paperwork.

Why Taskade Genesis for recruiting?

One prompt, a working app. Describe your hiring process in plain language and Taskade Genesis builds a fully functional recruiting app — relational candidate database, kanban pipeline, calendar, and embedded AI agents — ready to use immediately, not a blank canvas to configure later. The live-app moat. The Prompts below are not screenshots or static templates. Each one is a real, cloneable Taskade Genesis app you can explore on this page and own in about 10 seconds. Most recruiting tools give you a form; Taskade Genesis gives you a running system. AI agents that do the work. Built-in agents with built-in tools — web research, persistent memory, multi-step automation — can screen resumes, draft outreach emails, summarize interview notes, and flag top candidates, all inside the same workspace your team already uses. Multiple views, zero switching. See your pipeline as a Board, filter by stage in a Table, schedule interviews on a Calendar, map team structure in an Org Chart, or timeline offers in a Gantt — all from the same data, with no export needed. Relationships between records. The Relationship field links candidates to job openings, interviewers to feedback forms, and offers to onboarding tasks. When a candidate moves to offer, everything connected moves with them. 100+ two-way integrations + automations. Triggers pull in new applicants from job boards; actions push status updates to Slack, update your CRM, or schedule calendar events — automatically, on rules you set in plain language.

Founders hiring their first 10 people who need structure without a dedicated HR team. In-house recruiters managing multiple open roles who want a single source of truth. Staffing and recruiting agencies handling candidates across many clients simultaneously. HR managers who want AI to handle screening and scheduling so they focus on final decisions. Ops and team leads who own hiring for their department but have no dedicated recruiter.

Clone a prompt below. Pick the recruiting app closest to your use case — pipeline tracker, interview kit, sourcing board, or onboarding checklist — and clone it into your workspace. Describe your process. Tell Taskade Genesis your roles, stages, and criteria in one sentence. It reshapes the app to match your actual workflow. Add your candidates. Import a CSV, paste names, or let the sourcing agent pull profiles. The Relationship field links each candidate to the right job opening automatically. Turn on automations. Set rules like "when a candidate reaches Final Round, send a calendar invite and notify the hiring manager" — written in plain language, no code. Share with your team. Invite interviewers as collaborators, give clients a read-only view on a custom domain (Business+), and let AI agents handle follow-up emails while you focus on the hire. Taskade Genesis turns a single recruiting prompt into a complete hiring system your whole team can use today.
