The first week decides whether a subscriber becomes a reader. Taskade Genesis builds your welcome sequence — a 3-5 email arc with per-email drafts and a link plan — so every signup gets your best first impression.
What Is a Newsletter Welcome Sequence?
A welcome sequence is the automated email arc new subscribers receive before joining your regular sends: a warm hello, your best back-catalog picks, the story behind the newsletter, and an invitation to reply. Lists with a real welcome arc see stronger long-term open rates because readers form the habit in week one.
Why Use an AI Welcome Sequence Builder?
- Complete Arc: Each email has a job — welcome, value, story, engage, expect
- Per-Email Drafts: Full drafts in your voice, not just an outline
- Best-Of Links: Your strongest archive pieces resurface for every new reader
- Reply Prompts: Questions that turn subscribers into correspondents
- Capture to Convert: Starts working the moment your signup form does
The sequence begins at the form — clone the live Account signup form below, then let the welcome arc take over from the first confirmation.
