Asana Task Portal

Track your Asana work in one calm list. New Asana tasks land in a Tracked Tasks project. An AI step writes a short summary and posts it back to the Asana task as a comment. Filter by New, In Progress and Completed, search, and ask the built-in assistant what to start first. Setup: connect Asana in Automations, pick your Asana project in the sync flow, then add a task in Asana.

Clone it to your Taskade workspace in one click, then customize projects, agents, and automations to match your workflow.

This app ships with 1 project & knowledge base, 1 AI agent, and 4 automations & workflows — ready to run or customize after you clone.

Team Taskade published this projects app in the Taskade Community Gallery.
