New Apps Start as a Draft
A new Taskade Genesis app now stays a private draft while Taskade EVE builds it, and goes live only when you click Publish.
- The header marks the app as a draft until your first publish
- After you publish, new edits wait under Publish changes, so you choose when visitors see them
- Copies of App Kits and imported apps start as drafts too
- Prefer automatic publishing? Pick it before your first publish
Find Your App Icon and Share Image Faster
Your app settings now show where your browser tab icon and share image come from.
- The Branding tab opens with a Browser tab icon row, and Change icon takes you to the icon setting
- The share image now sits under Sharing as Share image
- A new icon reaches your live app within about 5 minutes, and the Google preview in settings shows it right away
- SEO Health now flags the sample description a new app starts with
Theme & Brand Keeps Your Colors Right
Theme & Brand now puts your saved colors back when you click Revert or close the panel.
- Each preset sets every color, so switching presets no longer leaves button text hard to read
- Presets keep the corner style you picked
- Closing with unsaved changes asks if you want to keep editing or discard them
- Your draft theme stays in place when the preview reloads
Fixes
- Forgot password now works for people who sign in to your app on your own domain
- Closing Taskade EVE in one app no longer closes it in every app, and it opens by itself when it has a build to show you
- Cloning an App Kit no longer asks you to pick a color, opens your copy in the same tab, and shows the reason if a copy fails
- The app preview follows your light or dark theme while it builds, and tries again by itself if it fails to load
- When Taskade EVE edits an automation with a form, the form keeps its question titles, required fields, and answer choices
