Turn a fully booked schedule into a smart waitlist app that captures interested customers and offers them openings the moment a cancellation frees up a slot. Ideal for salons, clinics, classes, and restaurants that lose revenue to empty seats.
What's Included
- Slot queue: Sold-out times from your schedule collect a ranked waitlist.
- Auto-offers: Openings are offered to the next person in line instantly.
- Notify settings: Customers choose how they want to be alerted.
- Position view: Each person sees where they stand in the queue.
How To Use
- Paste your booked schedule and mark the full slots.
- Let Taskade Genesis build a waitlist app around them.
- Set offer windows and how long a hold lasts.
- Share the waitlist link wherever bookings sell out.
Pair it with an AI agent that triages the queue, or send fill alerts through automations.
