Google Sheets Trigger & Automation Stall Hotfix

Fixes

• Fixed the Google Sheets New Row trigger, which could quietly stop watching a sheet. It now picks itself back up and fires on the next row you add. If the tab it watches was deleted, your automation reports an error instead of looking like nothing happened.
• Stopped one stall from reading as several failures. Several runs getting stuck at the same moment used to count separately, which was enough to switch an automation off on its own. One stall no longer counts as several.
• Widened the window for reopening a project row that did not respond to the first tap in the mobile app. You now have time to see whether it is loading before you tap again, and the project still opens.
