Add Guests to Your Calendar Automations

Add an Attendees field to a Create Event or Update Event step in your automations, and Taskade invites them along with the event. Turn on Send Updates on Update Event to email a newly added guest, or leave it off to change the event quietly.

Automations Catch Problems Before You Turn Them On

Turn on an automation, and the editor first finds any step that is not finished.

• A Delay step with no wait time is named in the check, instead of failing later during a run
• Turning on an automation names the exact step that is not finished yet
• A step that does not match a Filter condition shows as filtered, not failed
• A connector step fills in your only connected account for you

Security Fixes

• Agents now check your access before they read a knowledge project
• Taskade EVE now checks your access to an automation before it reads that automation in chat

Fixes

• If you can edit a project, you can now use its agents in project chat, even when your workspace role is Checker or Viewer
• Connecting a second Google or Apple account now tells you to disconnect the first one in Settings, instead of showing an error page
• Typing /assign now finds your AI agents and AI teams, not just people
• Marking a task incomplete again clears who completed it and when
