Media Triggers Now Start Automations

Start an automation with the File Added to Media or File Deleted from Media trigger, and it runs when a file is added to or deleted from your Media library.

Fixes

• A Taskade EVE reply that stops partway through now picks up again on its own, instead of ending on a technical error
• Opening a step in the automation editor no longer fails with "Assertion Failed" because of a problem in an earlier step
