Gmail Draft Action & Smarter AI Context

Gmail Draft Emails from Automations

Your automations can now draft Gmail emails as an action step. Trigger an email draft based on task updates, due dates, or any other event in your workspace.

Smarter AI Context

AI agents now pull in more of your project data to give better responses.

• Project context is included when a project is selected in conversation
• Subtasks are passed to AI agents alongside parent tasks for fuller understanding
• Content output structure is cleaner and more organized

Automation Builder Polish

Building and managing automations is faster.

• Duplicate automation flows within the same workspace
• Auto-move and auto-run behavior is more predictable
• Automation flow editor upgraded with a smoother interface
• Mention menu no longer shows missing steps
• Team plan features are displayed correctly
