The live app above is the real dashboard. Click "Use this app" to own a running copy in minutes: a working business metrics view backed by a relational data table, with an AI agent that summarizes the week and flags clients you haven't seen lately, and automations that remind you of renewals and schedule gaps.
The metrics layer most coaches never build
Most coaches track their clients in one place and their money in another — or nowhere. This dashboard unifies the operational picture: how many clients are active, how many sessions ran this week, how much revenue came in, how much is forecast from renewals, and who's gone quiet. All of it in one view, updated automatically.
Workspace DNA builds the practice OS:
- Memory — every client's session history, package details, payment record, and renewal date lives in a relational database. The Relationship field links the revenue and session records together — so when you log a session, it updates the capacity view and the revenue tracker simultaneously.
- Intelligence — an embedded AI agent with 34 built-in tools reads the week's session data, flags clients who haven't had a session in their expected cadence, calculates the monthly and annual revenue run rate, and drafts a weekly practice summary you can use for reflection or share with a business partner.
- Execution — built-in reliable automations remind you of upcoming renewals (configurable: 30 days out, 14 days out), flag schedule gaps before they become cash flow gaps, and prompt outreach to dormant clients before they quietly drift away.

Common questions
How does the dashboard know which clients are "going quiet"?
You configure the agent's attention threshold — for example, "flag any active client who has had no session logged in the past 14 days." The agent scans the session table daily and surfaces the names. You can also flag expected session cadences per client and the agent checks against those.
Can I track group programs and 1:1 clients in the same dashboard?
Yes. Add a "Program Type" field to the Table and the dashboard shows both. Group programs show their enrollment count; 1:1 clients show their individual package status. The Relationship field keeps them linked to their respective session records.
How does this connect to my client CRM?
Pair with the Coaching Client CRM for the full client relationship view, the client portal for the client-facing experience, and the invoice tracker for payment management. Generate a custom coaching business dashboard from a prompt or browse examples in the Community Gallery.
