How Pledge Form works
- Closed drive summary note: when a drive is set Closed, then Pledge Desk sums up the drive and Comment totals and thank you on the drive.
- Pledge reminder after 14 days: when Every day at 8 AM, then Find pledges still marked Pledged and Turn the pledges into a list.
- New pledge alert: when a pledge is added, then Email the coordinator.
