Event Photo Gallery
Event Photo Gallery with Photo Consent. Public galleries for each event that show a photo of a child only when a parent or guardian signed the online consent form. Volunteers upload and tag photos, staff see where each photo may go (website, social media, print) and approve it, and a helper checks consents when a child is tagged. A Monday email lists photos to approve and consents that end this month. Free to clone.
Event Photo Gallery is a Taskade app kit built from one prompt: 4 projects that remember, 1 AI agent that thinks, and 2 automations that run on their own.
Category: Forms
This Taskade Genesis app includes 4 projects, 1 AI agent, 2 automations. Preview it live, then clone it into your own workspace.
Its AI agents include Snapshot. Its automations include Photo tagged with a minor: check the consents and Every Monday 9 AM: photos to approve and consents ending.
