How Incident Postmortems works
- Quarter start 8 AM: reliability summary: when At 8 AM on days 1 to 3 of January, April, July and October, then Blameless writes the reliability summary and Email the engineering manager.
- Incident resolved: set the postmortem due date: when an incident is set to Resolved, then Work out the due date (SEV1 3, SEV2 5, SEV3 10 business days) and Save the due date on the incident.
- Monday 9 AM: overdue postmortems, overdue actions, repeat services: when Every Monday at 9 AM, then Blameless lists what is overdue and Email the engineering manager.
